Ria HendrikxPeople are my passion. I have always been fascinated by what informs people’s values, what people mean by integrity, authenticity, respect and trust and how these values drive their behaviours.

People have been at the center of my professional life as well. For more than thirty years, I have worked as an HR professional in the international arena, devising and implementing different people strategies to deliver great results. My experience covers operational, management and executive levels in global, European and local market environments.

I am now working as an independent HR consultant and coach helping businesses and individuals to reach their goals. Regarded as a trusted partner to my clients, I can work as an external resource or as interim manager and can tailor my HR offering to the needs of an individual organization/individual.

My specific fields of expertise include:

My passion for people now extends to my own business philosophy. I have worked for some very successful organizations and my own career has been full of opportunity and reward. I am now at a point in my life when I would like to use my wisdom and experience for social good as well as to make a contribution to those who have been less fortunate.

For this reason, I have established ‘Projects4People’, a foundation that provides education to disadvantaged girls and young women across the world and I now donate part of my professional fee to its projects. ‘Projects4People’ comprises local projects. Once a year we consider the projects currently require funding and together with clients and contributors decide on which to support. This way I can help my clients to be more successful and at the same time together take social responsibility for those who deserve to live a better life.
