Throughout my 30-year career, I have held several Human Resources leadership roles at senior executive level in different industries. I have built up broad international expertise in all fields of HR (labor relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, leadership and culture, engagement and diversity) in European and global companies such as Vendex International, Deutsche Post DHL and Lufthansa. I have also worked for companies going through different phases of growth, acquisitions, integrations, divestments, diversification, process and cultural change.

A Dutch national, I have thrived in highly diverse, multicultural environments. I have lived and worked in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, which has been my home since 2004. I hold an MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management from Lemniscaat Management School in the Netherlands. My languages are Dutch (mother tongue), English (fluent) and German (fluent).

I have played and still play an active role in supporting not-for-profit activities and charities. I am the founder of “Projects4People”, a foundation that aims to support girls and young women for better education.

Since the end of 2014 I am an independent HR consultant and coach.
